If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@m2zwatches.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
You have 15 working days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items purchased directly from the M2Z Watches website can be returned.
Goods must be returned in new and unused condition by tracked courier. Before returning an item, you must send a return and refund request email to info@m2zwatches.com . Once we receive the item, we will check its status and if it is in the mentioned condition, a refund will be processed.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all of our watches. The warranty covers your M2Z watch and accessories against manufacturing problems from the date you purchased the product, excluding the courier, to shipping your watch and returning the repaired watch.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. If our warranty does not cover the repair, you will have to pay the out of warranty charges plus the courier charges.
Customers will be responsible for arranging for a courier to send the watch to our headquarters in Voghera - Italy, the watch which needs to be repaired will then be inspected and a quote will be sent to you including courier charges.
We will proceed with the repair once we receive confirmation to proceed and payments must be made before the repaired watch is returned to you.
Please note that customs duties/taxes may apply on the return of repaired watches, it is your sole responsibility to check with your local customs for details.
